5 FACE YOGA TO GET RID OF DOUBLE CHIN
1. CHIN TUCKS: Stand in front of a mirror and look straight ahead. Tuck your chin in towards your neck, then release. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
2. NECK STRETCH: Slowly tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds and then switch sides.
3. PLATYSMA LIFT: Place your fingers on the top of your throat and gently press down. Tilt your head back and forth, keeping your chin straight, for 10-15 reps.
4. TONGUE LIFT: Stick your tongue out and then move it up towards the roof of your mouth. Hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
5. YES, YES, NO, NO: Look straight ahead and nod your head up and down (like saying "yes"). Then, move your head from side to side (like saying "no"). Repeat for 10-15 reps.5 5
