‎1. DRINKING TOO MUCH AT ONCE: Gulping large amounts can dilute electrolytes and strain the kidneys. It’s better to sip gradually throughout the day.

‎2. NOT DRINKING ENOUGH: Waiting until you feel very thirsty means your body is already dehydrated. Aim for steady hydration instead of long gaps.

‎3. DRINKING WATER TOO FAST WHILE EATING: Chugging water during meals can weaken digestion by diluting stomach acids. Small sips are fine, but avoid overdoing it.

‎4. IGNORING BODY SIGNALS: Many confuse thirst with hunger and overeat instead of drinking water. Listen to your body’s signals to prevent dehydration.

‎5. RELYING ONLY ON WATER: Hydration also comes from fruits, vegetables, soups, and natural drinks like coconut water. Limiting yourself to only plain water may cause you to miss essential electrolytes.
