‎1. DON’T LIE DOWN IMMEDIATELY: Lying down right after eating can cause acid reflux or heartburn. Wait at least 2–3 hours before lying down or going to bed.

‎2. DON’T DRINK TEA OR COFFEE: Tea and coffee contain compounds that interfere with iron absorption, which can lead to fatigue over time.

‎3. DON’T TAKE A SHOWER: Bathing right after a meal can divert blood flow away from your stomach, slowing digestion.

‎4. DON’T EXERCISE IMMEDIATELY: Working out after eating can cause stomach cramps or indigestion. Wait at least 1 hour before engaging in any intense physical activity.
