7 CAUSES OF DEHYDRATION
1. INADEQUATE FLUID INTAKE: Not drinking enough water or fluids.
2. EXCESSIVE SWEATING: Prolonged physical activity, hot weather, or high humidity.
3. DIARRHEA AND VOMITING: Losing fluids and electrolytes due to illness or infection.
