1. LEGUMES(Lentils, Chickpeas, Black beans, Kidney beans): High in protein, fiber, and minerals.

2. TOFU AND TEMPEH: Excellent sources of protein and can be easily incorporated into meals.

3. SEITAN (Wheat gluten): High in protein and can be used as a meat substitute.

4. NUTS AND SEEDS(Chia, Hemp, Pumpkin, Sunflower): Rich in protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

5. WHOLE GRAINS (Quinoa, Brown rice, Whole wheat): Good sources of protein, fiber, and minerals.

6. SOY PRODUCTS (Edamame, Miso, Soy milk): High in protein and can be easily incorporated into meals.

7. MUSHROOMS (Shiitake, Portobello, Shimeji): Good sources of protein, fiber, and vitamins.
