HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR PERSONAL HYGIENE: A GUIDE TO BETTER HEALTH

‎_BATHE REGULARLY:

‎-Take a bath at least once daily to remove sweat, dirt, and bacteria.

‎-Use mild soap and focus on areas like armpits, groin, and feet.

‎-During hot weather, you need to bathe twice a day.

‎_KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEAN:

‎-Wash your hands before eating, after using the toilet, after coughing or sneezing, and when returning from outdoors.

‎-Use soap and running water for at least 20 seconds.

‎-Carry a small hand sanitizer for emergencies.

‎_PRACTICE GOOD ORAL HYGIENE:

‎-Brush your teeth twice daily (morning and night).

‎-Floss at least once daily.

‎-Change your toothbrush every 3 months.

‎-Limit sugary foods to reduce tooth decay.

‎_CARE FOR YOUR HAIR AND SCALP:

‎-Wash your hair

‎-Keep your scalp clean to avoid dandruff and itching.

‎-Don’t share combs, brushes, or hair accessories.

‎_MAINTAIN CLEAN CLOTHES:

‎-Wear clean clothes every day, especially underwear and socks.

‎-Avoid repeating sweaty clothes, as they breed bacteria and cause odour.

‎-Wash clothes with detergent and dry them properly in the sun.

‎_KEEP YOUR NAILS CLEAN:

‎-Trim nails regularly to prevent dirt buildup.

‎-Clean under your fingernails and toenails.

‎-Avoid biting your nails; it spreads germs.

‎_MANAGE BODY ODOUR:

‎-Use deodorant or antiperspirant to control sweat and smell.

‎-Shave or trim armpit hair to reduce odour buildup.

‎-Ensure your clothes are dry before wearing them.
