‎_KEEP YOUR SKIN CLEAN AND DRY:

‎-Shower after sweating or exercising.

‎-Pat skin dry instead of rubbing.

‎-Choose cotton or loose-fitting clothes instead of tight synthetic fabrics.

‎-This prevents heat and sweat buildup.

‎_USE GENTLE, OIL-FREE SKINCARE PRODUCTS:

‎-Avoid heavy creams and oily lotions that feed yeast.

‎-Choose water-based or non-comedogenic products.

‎_CONTROL EXCESS SWEAT:
