HOW TO PREVENT HEAT RASH 

* STAY COOL AND AVOID OVERHEATING:

-Use fans or air conditioning in hot weather.

-Take cool showers to lower body temperature.

-Avoid prolonged exposure to hot and humid environments.

* WEAR LOOSE, BREATHABLE CLOTHING:

-Choose cotton or moisture-wicking fabrics that allow airflow.

-Avoid tight, synthetic, or heavy clothing that traps sweat.

* KEEP SKIN DRY:

-Pat dry after sweating; avoid rubbing.

-Use lightweight, non-greasy powders like cornstarch or talc-free baby powder in skin folds.

* AVOID EXCESSIVE SWEATING:

-Stay in shaded areas when outdoors.

-Take breaks from physical activity to cool down.

-Drink plenty of water to regulate body temperature.

* USE LIGHTWEIGHT MOISTURIZERS:

-Avoid heavy lotions or creams that can block sweat glands.

-Opt for aloe vera gel or water-based moisturizers.

* SHOWER AFTER SWEATING:

-Wash off sweat, dirt, and bacteria with mild soap.

-Dry skin thoroughly, especially in folds (underarms, groin, neck).

* AVOID OILY SKIN PRODUCTS:
