HOW TO TREAT HEAT RASH NATURALLY 

_ COOL COMPRESS: Apply a cold, damp cloth to the affected area for 10–15 minutes to reduce inflammation and itching.

_ ALOE VERA: Apply fresh aloe vera gel to cool the skin and reduce REDNESS. Aloe has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.

_ OATMEAL BATH: Add 1 cup of finely ground oatmeal to lukewarm bathwater. Soak for 15–20 minutes to relieve itching and irritation.

_ CORNSTARCH OR BAKING SODA: Sprinkle cornstarch or baking soda on the rash to absorb excess moisture and reduce friction.

_ COCONUT OIL: Apply a thin layer of cold-pressed coconut oil to moisturize and prevent infection. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

_ CUCUMBER SLICES: Place chilled cucumber slices on the rash to reduce heat and irritation. Cucumber has cooling and hydrating effects.

_ SANDALWOOD PASTE: Mix sandalwood powder with rose water to make a cooling paste. Apply to the rash and rinse after 15 minutes to relieve inflammation.

_ HYDRATION AND COOLING: Drink plenty of water to keep your body cool. Stay in an air-conditioned or well-ventilated area.

_ WEAR LOOSE, BREATHABLE CLOTHING: Opt for cotton fabrics to allow airflow and reduce sweating. Avoid tight or synthetic clothing.

_ AVOID HEAVY Lotions AND OILS: Skip thick creams that block pores and worsen the rash.
