The All Progressive Congress (APC) women leaders across all states and the Federal Capital Territory have accused President Bola Tinubu of abandoning them after his victory in the 2023 presidential election.

During a visit to Abdullahi Ganduje, the national chairman of the APC, the women expressed their grievances about being excluded from the gains of party politics.

The group’s president, Patricia Yakubu, lamented that no member was considered worthy of a political appointment or post-election reward despite their efforts to ensure the president’s victory.

Her words: “Your Excellency, the women have not been compensated for all their pains and sacrifices; we are feeling neglected.
