SIGNS OF DEHYDRATION
1. MILD DEHYDRATION:
_ Dry mouth and throat
_ Fatigue and weakness
_ Headaches
_ Dark-colored urine_
_ Decreased urine output
_ Dizziness and lightheadedness
_ Thirst
2. MODERATE DEHYDRATION:
_ Rapid heartbeat
_ Low blood pressure
_ Sunken eyes
_ Low energy
_ Muscle cramps
_ Nausea and vomiting
_ Decreased skin elasticity
3. SEVERE DEHYDRATION:
_ Extreme thirst
_ No urine output
_ Seizures
_ Confusion and disorientation
_ Rapid breathing
_ Sunken fontanelle (in infants)
_ Hypovolemic shock (life-threatening condition)
