SIMPLE BUT EFFECTIVE HEALTHY STRETCHES TO GET YOUR DAY GOING!

1. ARM CIRCLES: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms out to your sides. Slowly rotate your arms in small circles, gradually increasing the size of the circles. Do 10 repetitions in each direction.

2. TOE TAPS: Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Lift one foot and tap your toes on the floor in front of you, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the other foot. Do 10 repetitions on each foot.

3. SHOULDER ROLLS: Sit or stand with your arms by your sides. Slowly roll your shoulders forward, up, and back in a circular motion. Do 10 repetitions, then reverse the direction and do 10 more.

4. LEG SWINGS: Stand behind a chair or hold onto a wall for balance. Swing one leg forward and backward, keeping your toes pointed and your leg straight. Do 10 repetitions on each leg. Then, swing one leg side to side, crossing it over your body, and do 10 more repetitions on each leg.
