‎* EAT CALCIUM-RICH FOODS: Calcium is the main mineral your bones need. Include:

‎-Milk, yogurt, cheese

‎-Sardines, salmon

‎-Green vegetables

‎-Almonds, fortified cereals

‎* BOOST YOUR VITAMIN D LEVELS: Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium better.

‎-Get 10–20 minutes of sunlight daily

‎-Eat eggs, fish, fortified milk

‎* ADD WEIGHT-BEARING EXERCISES: Exercises that make your bones work against gravity help them grow stronger.

‎Examples:

‎-Walking or jogging

‎-Climbing stairs

‎-Dancing

‎-Skipping rope
