* Add Sugar for balance. 

* Add fatty ingredients such as dairy to complement and neutralize. 

* Add creamy condiments to dilute the saltiness. 

* Serve salty food with mild and unseasoned sides. 

* Siphon or rinse the excess salt. 

* Serve salty dishes with a fizzy drink.
