Appeal Court reverses restraining order on Abure, others
The Court of Appeal has set aside the order of the High Court which restrained Abure and four others from functioning as chairman and national officers of the Labour Party (LP).
This was disclosed in a post shared on the X handle of the LP on Wednesday, March 6.
It reads: "The Appeal Court sets aside the order of the High Court which restrained Abure and 4 others from functioning as chairman and national officers of the party.
"Awarded a total of N6 m against Apapa and co."
